Cyber Crop - 27th December 2013

Hi Everyone,

I took part in a Cyber Crop on the 27th December, hosted by Amy Taylor. I love these Cyber Crops as you don't know what you are going to create. A bit like mystery scrapping.

With this crop, I learnt a new technique. Using your Distress Ink Pad as a stamp. We cut 2.5" squares from white cardstock and then pressed these squares onto a Distress Ink Pad leaving a white border on the square. Next we stamped an image that fitted onto the square. Next we used an Ink Blending Tool on the edges of each square.

Here is the layout, ready for the title, journaling and embellishing. I will post a photo later of the finished layout. I used photos of my great aunt and cousins. I love scrapbooking with a passion. I might try making cards using this technique. So simple but so effective.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL

Hi Everyone,

Well it is that time of year again. I hope you are all enjoying this very happy time of year, seeing family and loved ones. 2014 will be here before we know it.

2014 is going to be a big year for me. I will be taking part in Artist Trading Card swaps every month, as well as, 2 other card swaps. I love scrapbooking and card making with a passion and this is another way of seeing other peoples ideas.

I will be running regular scrapbooking workshops in the school holidays in January in both Parkes and Forbes. Please contact me if you would like a timetable. Cost for each lesson will be $10 and I will be running both morning and afternoon sessions. The morning sessions will start at 10:00 am till 12:00 pm. The afternoon sessions will start at 1:00 pm till 3:00 pm.

I will be running scrapbooking workshops for adults on Fridays. The morning sessions start at 10:00 am till 12:00 pm and afternoon sessions will be at 1:00 pm till 3:00 pm. Cost depends on the workshop chosen.

On the 18th January, I will be attending our Kaszazz Team Training Day in Maitland. Sonya Edwards is running it and I'm sure it will be one to remember. I just can't wait for the new product release.

The kids will be able to make a bookmark or gift tag on the day at my mini workstation.

QUICK UPDATE

Hi Everyone,

It has been a while since I have been on here posting. Time for a quick catch up.

I have joined the Arts and Craft Shops in both Forbes and Bogan Gate.

I have been busy designing wedding invitations, place cards, RSVP's and Thank You's for an upcoming Bridal Expo that is being held in Forbes on the 30th June. This is very exciting for me and the possibilities are endless. Of course, all designs will be made exclusively using only Kaszazz products.

Next, there is the "Things for Kids" Market in Orange on the 7th July. Once again, I have been designing birthday cards, frames and more for this. I love that Kaszazz has everything I need to go ahead with this direction in my business.

I will post photos of my designs once both events have been held. I hope that you understand.

A QUICK CATCH UP

Hi Everyone,

I am going to be quite busy over the next few weeks. I am attending a number of markets and a Bridal Expo at the end of this month.

I have been busy making cards and all things wedding, such as invitations, place cards, Thank You's and RSVP's, as well as a Guest Book. I just love working with cardstock and patterned papers. Stamping is another passion of mine, as you can do so much with them.

I will upload a sneak preview of some of my wedding designs over the weekend, hopefully!
